
Patumwan Demonstration School teachers underwent training in The Educational Quality Development Program, inspired by the Finnish Education Model at Oulu University Teacher Training School, under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raimo Salo from September 30 to October 3, 2024.
Throughout this training, all teachers gained insights into effective teaching and learning management, encompassing topics such as School Leadership and Management, Special Education and Inclusive Education in Finland, Gamification and Learning Analytics in Assessment, Problem-Based Learning, Language Aware Education, and Projects and Assessment.
Additionally, the lecturers had the chance to explore and examine the learning management systems within the educational institutions affiliated with the University of Oulu, including:

Lower Secondary School
Upper Secondary School or High School
This experience is viewed as a valuable opportunity to learn about the Finnish curriculum, which is widely acknowledged as a model for educational management in various countries across the globe.
